Terms & Conditions

We've kept these as short and as clear as we can. If there's anything you'd like explained before you order, please ring us on 028 9023 7018 — we'd much rather talk it through with you first.

Please note: orders placed on this website are treated differently to purchases made in person in our Castle Court showroom. Both are set out below.

Orders placed on this website

Because you ordered online rather than in the shop, you have 14 days to change your mind, starting from the day your furniture is delivered or collected. If you cancel within those 14 days we'll refund you in full, including the standard delivery charge you paid.

To cancel, just tell us — any of these is fine:

Please quote your order reference — it starts ED- and is on your confirmation. The furniture then needs to come back to us unused and in its original packaging, either brought in to the shop or collected by us at your cost. We'll refund you once it's back with us.

Purchases made in our showroom

If you bought in person at Castle Court and an item isn't right for you, you can return it to us within 3 days and we'll refund you. The item must be:

Please keep hold of the packaging until you're completely happy with your furniture — we're not able to take an item back without it.

Delivery

Our team will deliver your furniture to your hallway. We're not able to carry items upstairs or through to other rooms, so please make sure there's a clear space ready for us when we arrive.

Before you order, please measure your doorways, hallway, stairs and lifts to be sure your furniture will fit. If you're not certain, give us a ring and we'll talk you through the sizes.

If something is faulty

Please check your furniture over carefully as soon as it's delivered, and tell us within 48 hours if you spot a manufacturing fault or any damage in transit. The sooner we know, the sooner we can get it put right for you. A photo sent over on WhatsApp (07544 860582) is usually the quickest way.

What isn't covered

We're not able to cover:

We'd always recommend treating fabric and velvet pieces with a protector, and keeping furniture out of direct sunlight to stop colours fading.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any questions before you order?

We're happy to go through anything with you.
